This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the main unit and its internal electrical or mechanical components. If the product is found to have a defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions, it will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the brand.

Not Covered in Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental drops, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, failure to follow the user manual, improper cleaning or maintenance, use of incompatible accessories or non-genuine replacement parts, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents, damage caused by exposure to water, excessive heat, moisture, humidity, or other adverse environmental conditions, or any accessories, detachable massage heads, charging cables, adapters, storage pouches, or other consumable items supplied with the product.
